Two SGT-A65 / Rolls-Royce Trent 60 gas-turbine packages offered individually. The September 2026 proposal specifies natural-gas-only fuel systems and Dry Low NOx combustion. One unit can be supplied with the optional Siemens steam-turbine package described below.

Included package scope
Gas-turbine systems include lubrication and hydraulics, inlet, exhaust with diverter and stack, starting and cooling-water systems, compressor wash skid and fire protection. Generator scope includes excitation, protection, grounding, temperature devices, heaters and related auxiliaries.
The proposal also lists two central-control-building equipment sets, water-treatment and demineralized-water systems, diesel generators, distributed control systems, natural-gas simplex filters and SCR systems with CO catalyst. Operator stations are excluded and must be procured separately.
Optional steam and auxiliary equipment
- Steam package: 1 Siemens 15.75 MW steam-turbine package, paired with one gas-turbine unit; identified as STG-300 in the proposal
- Steam generator: 11 kV, 19.69 MVA, TEWAC
- Associated steam scope: HRSG, accessory electrical equipment and air-cooled condenser with four fan units
- GSU transformer: Optional and not included: 60 MVA, 13.8/34.5 kV
- Gas compressors: 2 listed; requirement and scope depend on site conditions
Availability and delivery
The September 2026 proposal targets one unit by December 31, 2026 and the second in Q1 2027. Current schedule, equipment condition, scope and availability must be confirmed with each quote. Gas-turbine MW output must not be inferred from the generator kVA rating.
